With the Lakers eliminated in the first round of the playoffs against the Wolves, there’s been a lot of criticism of JJ Redick’s players. LeBron James is sometimes called into question, while Luka Doncic, despite some fine performances, is often criticized for his attitude. That and the fact that he’s been unable to defend well for some time.
The Slovenian is capable of doing much better, but for the time being, he’s content to attack, which is bothering some people. Doncic has been criticized by a great many insiders since the Lakers walked out the door, and that’s unlikely to change in the coming weeks as the playoffs continue. The Slovenian had achieved something special and is still capable of it today with the Lakers.
