WNBA – After her ridiculous attack on Caitlin Clark, Angel Reese mocked!

Angel Reese isn’t a big fan of Caitlin Clark, as we saw again this Saturday during their confrontation. But after her ridiculous reaction to a foul, the Sky player especially annoyed a good part of the web.

It was tense between the Fever and the Sky, but only in the minds of the players. Caitlin Clark’s team humiliated Angel Reese’s team in the first game of the season, and are off to a perfect start to their WNBA campaign. But it’s going to take a lot more than that to win this title, especially when you see the competition today with the Liberty alone.

But this encounter quickly became the talk of the town, and for good reason: Clark took a flagrant foul after a seemingly normal move on Reese. She sought to prevent him from scoring easily at the circle and succeeded, all without a nasty hit. But her opponent didn’t see it that way, and lost her temper in the process.

Angel Reese tackled for her reaction

It’s getting to be a lot for Reese, who’s been making a lot of tackles against Clark in recent months, and often for very little. The Fever player continues to be a class act and to care about her team above all else, but not everyone does. So Internet users are trying to figure out what’s going on.

Jealousy? Perhaps. Last year, the media were quick to highlight Clark’s impact on the WNBA with the rise in popularity. Reese, offended, had taken back the media believe she was also responsible for this buzz, something that was never proven. Specialist Jason Whitlock didn’t hesitate to take a swipe at her after the crackdown.

@WhitlockJason : “Other than jealousy, what is Reese’s motivation for animosity toward Clark? What has Clark done to Reese?”

Truth be told, no one really knows. Clark has always remained respectful, even during college duels with Reese, although the same can’t be said for the other side. There’s mostly jealousy in the mix, and that’s a shame, because the WNBA would no doubt be better off without these dramas. Let’s hope for better duels between the two players in the future.
