Rudy Gobert had another bad night in Game 2, lost to Oklahoma City, and as so often, the critics were merciless toward the Frenchman. A video showing him in action quickly became a source of ridicule…

Things are starting to look very bad for the Timberwolves. Game 1 had already turned into a fiasco for Rudy Gobert and his teammates, and unfortunately, we didn’t see a real response in the next game. Instead, they now have two losses in as many games, and they absolutely must win at home on Saturday night. We’ve seen easier tasks to overcome…

Rudy Gobert, who wasn’t used much in the first round, was given a bit more responsibility tonight, playing 30 minutes. However, the Frenchman’s production and impact didn’t improve, quite the opposite, as he finished with just 5 points and 9 rebounds. Unsurprisingly, the center was immediately criticized by the fans after the final whistle.

Rudy Gobert’s handle mocked again by fans

As so often, The Stifle Tower struggles in the playoffs while the Thunder fully exploit the weaknesses in his game, thus reducing his influence on defense in particular. But if only that were the sole source of ridicule for him… A favorite scapegoat of NBA fans, Gobert is humiliated at the slightest opportunity, like after this video showing him working on his handle with two balls:

Rudy Gobert showcasing better handles than Kyrie Irving! 😳🔥

It’s no secret that Rudy isn’t the most gifted ball-handler out there. So he’s working on his misses, but until he’s perfect, fans won’t miss him. Even if it means doing him a disservice by ironically comparing him to Kyrie Irving, an absolute legend in this area. No mercy, really…

@yubwrld : Nigga practicing bullshit instead of his touch around the rim

@Raptoiii : All this to just fumble the ball. The dude cannot even do a power dribble. Cannot even catch a pass. Cannot hold on a rebound in traffic. Smh

@EvInFour : Can he start with just one ball first
